Making a Bellini.... Take a chilled Champagne glass from the fridge and add on ethird of the glass with Funkin White Peach Puree. Carefully tilt the glass and top up with Prosecco Yello. Add the garnish of a slice of white peach, hung on the rim of the flute. Notes Premium, naturally fermented Italian prosecco. The grapes come from the hills around Valdobbiadene,Veneto. The cold air flowing over the Dolomites at night ensure the grapes keep their fresh and fruity character. In contrast with most Prosecco, Francesco Yello uses the traditional method of secondary fermentation to produce a smooth effervescence and long lasting bubbles. Colour Light yellow with greenish reflextions. Bubbles Finely effervescent, long lasting. Nose Fruity and delicate, fragrance of fresh pears and apples. Taste Fresh and light with a beautiful harmony.
