The famous Foie Gras de Strasbourg with Truffles in a delicious round crust. To make this delectable treat all of the ingredients flour, water, butter... are mixed together and the pastry is entierly set by hand, in order to obtain a round and regular form. It is then placed in a metallic mould and the fresh truffles are cut into pieces and the lobes of the goose foie gras are spiced and added. Finally the truffes are then added to the crust and the Foie gras en croute is then cooked at a low temperature delicious.
